Our Mission

The Mason Contractors Association of Connecticut (MCAC) is a non-profit construction trade association of commercial, industrial and residential mason contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Our mission is to strengthen the economic condition of those engaged in the union mason contracting industry by:

• Working for higher industry standards
• Encouraging the use of new methods and products
• Exchanging information with related organizations
• Conduct activities to promote union masonry to the public
• Conducting research and studying various work, practices and production methods

We assist and support our membership by delivering the following services:

• Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining
• Government Relations, Legislative, & Advocacy Efforts
• Continuing Education & Training
