1. Applicant must be presently enrolled in an accredited high school or secondary school and be able to show proof of acceptance to a college, a junior college or university or be presently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
2. Complete all parts of the application.
3. Two evaluation forms completed by a high school and/or secondary (where applicable) or university professor from whom you have taken course work as well as one evaluation form from a character reference.
4. An official transcript from the educational institute in which the candidate is presently enrolled. (Needed to submit application.)
1. Scholarships will be awarded in May of each year for an amount to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Mason Contractors Association of Connecticut.
2. Applicants selected as finalists may be asked for a personal interview by a representative of the MCAC Board of Directors.
3. For subsequent awards, scholarship winners will be required to provide indications of continued need, and continued enrollment and good standing in a junior college, college, or university degree program.
4. Upon accepting scholarship, applicant agrees to submit official transcripts for each academic period for one year.
5. Scholarship applicants are free to reapply for scholarships for any future academic periods regardless of passed submitted applications or scholarship awards.
